SEO & PPC Account Coordinator

Media Proper ( is a full service web agency providing superior online marketing, design, and development services to clients in a variety of industries. We are looking for an SEO & PPC Specialist with the experience and initiative to jump in and drive value for our clients. The SEO & PPC Account Coordinator will participate in the daily management and maintenance of all ongoing SEO/SEM client accounts, including evaluating analytics and trends in an effort to provide actionable insights towards optimizing client goals, managing paid search and paid social ad campaigns, as well as monthly reporting. Will also participate in SEO recommendations and implementations throughout new site build projects.

At Media Proper, you will have a large degree of latitude to advise and direct clients. Due to the variety of services we offer our clients and the different businesses we service, no two days are ever the same. We work in a renovated loft-style space in downtown Media, PA and the vibrant main street is just three blocks away.

General SEO Account Management:

  • Routinely check in on all ongoing client sites to maintain performance and health
  • Create strategic Goals within GA to further monitor site performance
  • Make recommendations and adjustments in an effort to enhance site ranking and exposure
  • Prepare monthly reports to keep client abreast of activities and performance
  • Collaborate with team to generate SEO/content strategies
  • Stay current on SEO best practices & Google updates
  • Contribute to new business development by identifying opportunities for new and existing clients

Paid Marketing:

  • Routinely audit and maintain existing PPC and paid social ad accounts/campaigns
  • Evaluate and make recommendations towards maximizing client goals and campaign efficiency
  • Research and make recommendations for campaign strategies, as well as build new client accounts/campaigns
  • Assure account health including maintaining compliance and upkeep of billing to avoid unexpected downtime

Web Development:

  • Contribute to the new site build projects by evaluating existing analytics and providing insights and recommendations towards enhanced user experience
  • Assist development team with SEO implementation including meta descriptions, alt tags, and GA/GTM setup
  • Prepare SEO audits as part of new business proposal process


  • Deep understanding and abilities with Google tools, including Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager (Bonus: Certifications)
  • Basic exposure and understanding of Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager (Bonus: Proficiency, Expertise, and/or Certifications)
  • Knack for converting data into effective and actionable insights and recommendations
  • Familiarity with SEMRush (Bonus: Bringing knowledge of other tools to the table)
  • Exposure and understanding of WordPress platform (Bonus: WP programming/CSS abilities)
  • Written & Verbal Communication skills, Mac computer proficiency
  • Analytical & Innovative, Performance Focused, Organized, Team-oriented

Credentials and Experience:

  • College degree
  • Two+ years related experience
