ITSG LLC, an I.T. support firm in Philadelphia, wanted an experienced web design team to help give them a web presence befitting a company in the tech industry. They needed a website that would help support their growth and allow them to maintain their own content.

ITSG needed an identity that was relevant, modern and sophisticated — quickly conveying the focus of the company. We handled everything from a branding update, to a new website. With a fresh take on their logo and color scheme, Media Proper incorporated clear calls to action throughout the home page and overall site design.
OBJECTIVES + STRATEGY
We found that we could easily modify an existing theme to meet their needs by adding high impact color photography that displayed images of their industry, such as working with clients and hardware, and a space to display customer testimonials to market to potential new clients. In this competitive industry, ITSG knew they had to take advantage of multiple internet marketing channels, so Media Proper did just that — from custom e-mail newsletter templates & content creation, to monthly blogs and Google Ads campaigns.
