Media Proper Referral Program Terms

Last updated: October 12, 2026

The Media Proper Referral Program (the “Program”) is offered by Morroni Technologies, doing business as Media Proper (“Media Proper,” “we,” “us”). By submitting a referral, you agree to these terms.

  1. Who can participate. Current and former Media Proper clients and business contacts age 18 or older may participate (“Referrer”). Media Proper employees, contractors, and their immediate household members are not eligible for rewards.
  2. Qualified referrals. A referral qualifies when all of the following are true: (a) it is submitted through our referral form, a personal referral link, or directly to Media Proper in writing; (b) the referred business is not a current Media Proper client, has not been a client in the past 24 months, and is not already in active discussions with us; (c) the referred business signs an agreement with Media Proper and pays its first invoice in full. If more than one person refers the same business, the first referral we receive gets credit.
  3. Rewards. For each qualified referral, the Referrer may choose an account credit, a check, or a donation made by Media Proper in the Referrer’s name to an eligible U.S. nonprofit, in the amounts shown on the referral page at the time the referral was submitted. The reward amount is based on the value of the referred client’s signed agreement for its first 12 months, excluding third-party costs such as ad spend, software licenses, and hosting passed through at cost. Account credits apply to future Media Proper invoices, have no cash value, and expire 24 months after they are issued.
  4. When rewards are paid. Rewards are issued within 30 days after the referred client pays its first invoice in full. If a referred client receives a full refund or cancels within its first 60 days, Media Proper may reverse or withhold the reward.
  5. Taxes. Cash rewards may be taxable income. We may request a Form W-9 before issuing a cash reward and may issue tax forms as required by law. Referrers are responsible for any taxes on rewards they receive.
  6. Your employer’s rules. Some organizations and professions do not allow their employees or members to accept referral fees or gifts. You are responsible for following any rules that apply to you. If you cannot accept a reward, you may choose a nonprofit donation or decline the reward.
  7. Permission to share contact information. By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have permission to share the referred person’s contact information with us. We will use it only to contact them about Media Proper’s services, and they can ask us to stop at any time.
  8. The referred business. The free audit and introductory discount are offered to qualified referred businesses only, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we agree in writing. The discount applies to the first project or the first three months of a monthly service plan.
  9. No obligation. Media Proper decides whether to accept any referred business as a client. A referral does not guarantee that we will offer or provide services.
  10. Changes and ending the Program. We may change or end the Program at any time by updating this page. Referrals submitted before a change will be honored under the terms in place when they were submitted.
  11. Fair play. We may disqualify referrals or Referrers that we believe involve fraud, self-referral, spam, or misuse of the Program.
  12. General. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Questions? Contact Larry Morroni at larry@mediaproper.com or 20 W. Third Street, Media, PA 19063.
