Here at Media Proper, we don’t just design websites – we run with our hearts! That’s right, for the past 20 years, we’ve been participating in the annual Media 5 Mile Race!
This incredible community event goes way back, starting in 1980 as a fundraiser with a whole lot of fun and good cheer. (We wouldn’t mind a time machine to see those first few races!) Over the years, it’s grown into a cherished tradition, attracting runners of all levels – from seasoned Olympians to stroller-pushing parents with their little ones in the Kids’ Fun Run.
A Course with a Challenge
The course itself is a 2.5-mile double loop with twists, turns, and those oh-so-satisfying hills that get your heart pumping (and maybe your legs a little wobbly). But hey, that’s what makes it a challenge, right?
We love seeing the dedication and determination on the faces of the runners, year after year. It’s more than just a race – it’s a community celebration of health, fitness, and friendly competition.
