Today’s schedule, on the page
What is on at the Y, today, by branch and by time, pulled through a full Active.com integration rather than kept as a PDF timetable somebody has to remember to replace. Registration and event management run in the same system the staff already use.

Financial assistance, without having to ask twice
The Y turns nobody away for inability to pay, and the site says so where people look. The assistance program and its questions are a plain, answerable page instead of something you learn about at the counter.

Every branch, its own front door
Springfield, Lansdowne and the rest each get their own page carrying that branch’s amenities, staff, programs and calendar: a local site inside the association’s.

Their brand, not a template’s
The redesign was built on the YMCA’s own guidelines: their signature colors, their typography, and photography of this community rather than a stock library. Underneath it, the forms the association actually runs on (membership, program registration, assistance applications) are theirs to change, which is why the site has stayed current without us.
