A storefront, not a tab on a corporate site
Alliance distributes concrete pumps and parts across North America, and every component used to be ordered by telephone. The shop was deliberately built as its own site rather than buried inside the corporate one, so the catalog is the whole point of the page a customer lands on. And it did not stop at customers: Alliance moved their sales representatives’ own ordering onto it too, so the people who know the catalog best and the people buying from it are working from the same system.

Parts that know what they fit
Nearly three hundred parts for Schwing alone, filtered by category, cross-category and the machine they are compatible with. A customer who knows their pump and not the part number still gets to the right component.

Everything a buyer expects, on WooCommerce
Quick-view popups, a sticky filter sidebar, a slide-out cart, suggested products, automated shipment-tracking emails and delivery confirmation. The most customized WooCommerce build we have shipped, because the gap between stock Woo and a working parts distributor is all of that.

Tech tips, as a reason to come back
A video library covering relays, auxiliary power and the repairs customers would otherwise phone about, the kind of thing that keeps a parts site open in a second tab on a job site.
