Sekisui Kydex's legacy site had grown into a highly complex ecosystem serving multiple audiences across aviation, healthcare, mass transit, and other industries. Content depth was strong, but the site was weighed down by outdated architecture, plug-ins, and limited SEO performance.

We rebuilt the site on a modern WordPress block theme focused on speed, flexibility, and maintainability — reorganizing 300+ pages and 100+ posts into a clear information architecture, reducing plugin bloat, and implementing advanced SEO and WCAG accessibility best practices, with a full analytics setup and training for Kydex's internal team.
